Return Policy for Kick City

We at Kick City are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with every purchase. If for any reason you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a hassle-free exchange policy within 5 days of delivery. Please read the following terms and conditions carefully:

Eligibility for Exchange:
1. Exchanges are only permitted within 5 days of the delivery date.
2. The item(s) must be unworn, in their original condition, and with all original packaging and tags intact.
3. Exchanges will only be allowed for items of the same value.
4. Only products purchased directly from Kick Culture are eligible for exchange. Items purchased from third-party sellers or retailers must be returned to the original place of purchase.

Exchange Procedure:
1. To initiate an exchange, please contact our customer service team within 5 days of receiving your order to request an exchange authorization.
2. Provide your order number, the name of the item(s) you wish to exchange, and the reason for the exchange.
3. Once your exchange request is approved, we will provide you with instructions on how to return the item(s).
4. Please ensure that the item(s) are securely packaged to prevent damage during transit.
5. Upon receiving the returned item(s), we will inspect them to ensure they meet the eligibility criteria stated above.
6. If the item(s) meet the criteria, we will proceed with the exchange for item(s) of the same value.
7. If the item(s) are not in their original condition or do not meet the eligibility criteria, the exchange request may be denied, and the item(s) will be returned to you at your expense.

Additional Information:
1. Shipping costs associated with the exchange are the responsibility of the customer, unless the exchange is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong item shipped, defective item).
2. Exchanges are subject to availability. If the requested item for exchange is out of stock, we will provide you with alternative options.
3. Kick City reserves the right to amend this return policy at any time without prior notice.
